Yes. If a product in your Subscribe & Save order is on offer when your order is due, you'll pay the promotional price minus your 10% subscription discount. If the offer has ended before your order is due, you'll pay the standard price minus your Subscribe & Save discount instead.
When you first set up your subscription, if your basket totals over £125 you'll receive a bulk discount on that order. After that, future orders won't qualify for the bulk discount, but you'll always keep your 10% Subscribe & Save discount.
When you set up your subscription and your first payment is processed, you're agreeing to be charged on those card details for your chosen products, at your chosen interval, until you cancel. Prices may vary slightly order to order due to promotions, but you'll never pay more than the standard price minus your 10% subscription discount.
Head to your account section, add your new card details, and you'll be prompted to assign it to any active subscriptions.
We aim to dispatch Subscribe & Save orders within 3–5 working days of the order date. Subscription orders use our standard delivery service and arrive within the usual timeframe shown on site when you place your order.
No problem, our subscriptions are fully flexible. We'll email you a week before your order is due with a link to make changes, or you can log in anytime to skip an order or move its date.
