These bags are made from cornstarch and sugarcane rather than petroleum, so every scoop keeps fossil fuels in the ground and microplastics out of our seas and waterways.

W'ZIS went the extra micron to make sure these bags don't split, tear, or let you down at the worst possible moment. They're strong enough to carry an iPhone, a couple of cans of coke, and a large banana, roughly a kilo of stuff, with room to spare.

1. Tear one bag free from the roll.

2. Slip your hand inside the bag like a glove and scoop up the mess.

3. Turn the bag inside out over the waste, sealing it in as you go.

4. Tie the top securely.

5. Pop it in a general waste bin, or drop it straight into your home composter if you'd rather let nature take its course.

Materials

Cornstarch and sugarcane (a plant-based bioplastic), 20 microns for extra durability. Breaks down naturally in a home/garden composter within 3–6 months. Supplied in a fully recyclable box, so the whole package plays its part.

Keep the roll somewhere cool and dry until use, heat and damp can affect how the bags perform over time.
