Yes, for our Pupsicle toy specifically. Subscribing to Woof Refill Pops automatically enrols customers in a lifetime warranty programme for the Pupsicle Toy. For general product issues, customers should inspect orders on arrival and contact Wooof immediately if an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. Returns must be requested within 14 days, with items in their original unused condition. Contact is via suppawt@wooof.co.uk.
