1. Select a soft food or treat suitable for your cat's usual diet.
2. Spread a small amount across the raised brush-tip surface, working it gently into the texture.
3. Place the mat on a stable, flat surface where your cat can reach it comfortably.
4. Let your cat explore the mat at their own pace, supervising closely during the first few sessions.
5. For a chilled treat, spread suitable food over the surface and place the mat in the freezer before serving.
6. Remove leftover food and clean the mat thoroughly after use.
