1. Measure your dog's neck and chest, then choose the appropriate size using the sizing guide above.
2. Gently slide the harness over your dog's head.
3. Adjust the neck and chest straps so the harness sits securely without restricting movement.
4. Fasten the side buckle and engage the safety lock as directed by the manufacturer.
5. Attach your lead to the black D-ring and check all fastenings before setting off.

Fit tip: The harness should be snug but comfortable, without rubbing or restricting your dog's breathing or movement. Check the fit regularly, especially for growing puppies.
