1. Set your iron to a medium-high temperature.
2. Position the patch on your chosen fabric with the design facing upwards.
3. Cover the patch with a thin cloth to protect it.
4. Press firmly with the iron for around 30–45 seconds.
5. Allow everything to cool completely before checking that the patch is securely attached.
6. If required, repeat the process.
7. For extra staying power, stitch around the edge of the patch.

The iron-on backing is best suited to cotton and denim. For synthetic fabrics, sewing the patch into place is recommended instead.

Always keep a hot iron away from pets and allow the finished item to cool completely before your dog wears it.

Care

The finished item can be hand washed or washed on a gentle, cool cycle when needed.

Repeated washing can gradually affect the adhesive. If an edge starts to lift, simply secure it with a few stitches using a needle and thread.

For the best results, avoid harsh washing conditions and check the patch regularly for signs of lifting or damage.
