Why Pops for the Pupsicle Toy?
How do I know if I'm Eligible?
As we're sure you can understand, we want to make the Woof Pupsicle Toy Lifetime Warranty Programme to be as fair and sustainable as possible, we will only replace toys that are unusable.
Eligibility Requirements:
- You must have an active subscription to Woof Pupsicle Pops
- Your subscription must have been shipped within 60 days of your warranty request
Each eligible customer may receive up to:
- 4 toy replacements per calendar year
- 1 replacement every 90 days
Not Eligible:
- Subscriptions that have been paused for over 60 days
- Cancelled subscriptions
- Missing, lost, or discarded toys
- Toys that have aesthetic damage only (we want to minimise waste)
- Toys with human-caused damage (e.g. knife or scissor marks)
Please Note: Toys must be unusable to qualify. We define this as when:
The two halves can no longer screw together properly.
There are large chunks or pieces missing.
Begin Your Request for a Replacement Toy
Step 1 - Email us at suppawt@wooof.co.uk
- Use the same email address linked to your Woof Pops subscription
- Attach clear photos of the toy
Step 2 Initial Review
If the toy clearly doesn't qualify for a replacement based on the photos, we'll reply to let you know
Step 4 Inspection
If your toy does qualify, or needs further inspection, you will need to post the toy back to us (we will provide you with the address)
Step 5: Inspection Result - Toy Doesn't Qualify
If the toy does not meet our criteria for replacement, we will post the toy back to you for further playtime
Step 6: Inspection Result - Toy Qualifies
If the toy does qualify then we shall pop you a new toy in the post
We will not be able to replace any toy we have not physically seen to avoid abuse of our programme. Abuse of the programme may result in removal from the warranty scheme.

FAQs
What if I don't have a subscription?
The Lifetime Warranty only applies to customers that meet eligibility requirements outlined above, however, we do still have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on the Pupsicle Toys.
What if I no longer have my damaged Pupsicle?
Unfortunately missing, lost, stolen, or discarded Pupsicle Toys are not covered under our warranty program.
What happens if my dog destroys the replacement?
So long as you're an active subscriber and meet the criteria laid out above, you can receive up to 4 replacement Pupsicle Toys per year!
How long will it take to receive my replacement?
We will include your replacement Pupsicle Toy in your next recurring subscription order. If you'd like to get the replacement sooner, you can login to your account and change your next delivery date.
Can I get a different size than I originally ordered?
Not at this time - due to inventory constraints and differences in cost per size, we can only replace your Pupsicle with the original size ordered.
I'm struggling to screw the Pupsicle Toy back together - can I get a replacement?
Due to the toy's durability and rubber material the toy can become stiff to screw back together. Simply lubricate the thread with a small amount of salmon oil or any dog-friendly oil such as olive, coconut or flaxseed.
I purchased a limited edition Pupsicle Toy. Am I still eligible?
Yes! You are! Unfortunately though, due to the nature of limited editions being just that - limited numbers available - any replacement will be the forest green Pupsicle Toy.
